Every wedding season brings new adventures for me and my cameras — some because of the amazing people I get to share memories with, others for revisiting favourite venues, and some for the creative challenges that push my skills to the next level. Just when I think I’ve seen it all, a wedding like Betty and Josh’s comes along — full of energy, love, and unique moments that remind me why I do this job.
These two, alongside their doting friends and family, turned an ordinary Wednesday into a vibrant, joy-filled celebration. Tucked away at a hidden gem of a venue, time seemed to stand still, and I couldn’t have been happier to document it all.
Betty and Josh are the perfect balance for one another — a Yin to a Yang and a Yang to a Yin — a love that faces nothing and no one.
Capturing this wedding from start to finish was an absolute blast. I was grinning ear to ear throughout, right up until the end of the night, when they revealed they were jetting off to Mauritius for two weeks — and yes, my jealousy got the better of me!
